Who would fly on a Boeing 737 MAX again?

Boeing used to insist on the pilot having ultimate control of the aircraft. Since they went away from that with planes like the MAX, they've had problems...

    Dual Clutch Transmission

I suspect you've hit the nail on the head here - the torque output is the reason they didn't use a DCT.

Eibach Pro-kit Spring Install - My Experience

Very nice. Please let us know how it settles, and if you're happy with the suspension behaviour and stance it provides!

    Intercooler Thread

Australia has only 7% of the US population, yet we're geographically ~80% as large. So that could account for a variation in welder availability. We probably have plenty of welders anyway, but many of them are not up to the standard JT expects. I saw some shocking welding on an artwork...

Eibach Pro-kit Spring Install - My Experience

I am really hoping that H&R springs (I'm going with them because they do a RWD-specific model) help to reduce the squat the car has when you accelerate from a stand-still - it can be quite disconcerting.

That makes sense. Commodity prices went up again, a lot of mines that closed when they became unprofitable when prices dropped re-opened again. Mining pays really well, and highly skilled welders aren't exactly easy to find at the best of times, let alone when there is contention for their services.

KW Coilovers v3 are released for AWD models (not in the USA just yet)

Correct. It is basically a device to fool the car into thinking the stock adjustable dampers are still present, so it doesn't throw a fault code once they're gone. It isn't needed on cars that didn't come from the factory with adjustable suspension, hence it is optional.

    GFB Respons TMS BOV's?

It doesn't void the warranty, but it may influence the decision to honour a particular warranty claim on something that the ECU controls (so your engine, perhaps your transmission, etc - but again, only if they can prove that the flash was likely the cause. Flashing your ECU won't have any...

Why Mustangs continue to have a bad reputation at Cars and Coffee

    Toyota Supra recalled....again...

Looks to be a software issue common to a part used in many BMWs as well where it lets an owner do something they shouldn't be able to do. Easily fixed thankfully, and as an owner you'd have to intentionally go through and configure the camera to remain switched off in order for the issue to...

    20" Wheel Question

Even without offsets, those tyres are much bigger than stock - over 2.5" larger diameter front and rear. This is because you're going to higher profile tyres, increasing width at the same time and increasing wheel size all at once. The profile is basically the sidewall height expressed as a...
