UPDATE: just talked to the service manager, part number is the same but rotors are different. there is a TSB. KIA is well aware of the problem. no one should be paying for new rotors!!

got a message from the parts guy that my new rotors are in. call parts guy, he says they are the same ones that are on the car now. left a vm for service manager that i was not pleased. *waits for call from service manager*

advisor texted me that "after diagnostics we found the front rotors do need replacement again. I have a call into the service manager and am waiting for a call back

dropping my car off at dealer for warped rotors again @9000 miles. this will be the third set

i'm stealing cable from my neighbor seriously though i just called and threatened them and they knocked $50 off my monthly bill

so i had my rotors replaced when the car had about 800 miles on it. they are definitely warped again with about 7500 miles now. it will be interesting to see what they say this time
